We are excited to announce the integration of 11 new PDF endpoints and the enhancement of 2 existing endpoints, aimed to revolutionize our users' document management experience. With these additions, we now provide an expanded set of tools designed to handle PDFs with exceptional flexibility and precision. Below, we'll explore each one of these new features and improvements:

Freshly Made PDF Endpoints

Drawing Text: Imagine you're reviewing a document and need to add comments or suggestions directly onto specific paragraphs. This feature allows you to insert text boxes directly onto PDF pages, offering a versatile tool for annotating documents, enabling also text placement, color, and size customization.

Drawing Images: For instance, picture creating a catalog where each item is accompanied by a high-quality image. With this feature, you can insert images into PDF pages, adjust their size, and even modify colors to match your brand aesthetic.

Adding Blank Pages: You may want to include blank pages at the end of a document for notes, signatures, or supplementary information within a PDF. This feature enables you to easily extend PDFs with blank pages, ensuring enough room for further content insertion.

Removing Pages: Consider a long report with unnecessary sections our outdated information. By removing irrelevant pages from your PDF documents, you not only reduce clutter but also improve document clarity and focus.

Rotating Pages: Visualize scanning handwritten documents that are upside down or sideways. With this feature, you can easily rotate PDF pages to the correct orientation, enhancing readability and usability.

Resizing Pages: Imagine compiling a portfolio where images and text need to align across multiple pages. By resizing PDF pages, you can achieve uniformity and visual cohesion, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and readability of the document's content.

Getting Metadata: For instance, picture yourself managing the archives of your company. With access to metadata such as keywords, encryption status, and page dimensions, you can quickly locate relevant documents, track file security, and ensure accurate categorization.

Editing Metadata: Think of updating your company's annual financial report with the current year's information. This feature can edit metadata such as titles, authors, and subjects, ensuring consistency across all document properties.

Refined PDF Endpoints

Splitting PDFs: We've enhanced its functionality with more accurate range specifications, facilitating precise segmentation of PDF documents. This way, you can split lengthy documents into individual segments for easier reference.

Merging PDFs: We've improved merging capabilities with the ability to specify exact page ranges, ensuring smooth integration of PDF content. Consequently, consolidating reports or assembling portfolios can be easier than it has ever been.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
